By accessing or using the 920kr platform at 920kr.net, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any promotion, you ("the Player") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 920kr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

920kr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that fail to pass verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.

Each player may hold one (1) active 920kr account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same identity document — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 920kr uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering a 920kr account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including:

• Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address that you personally own and control.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for SMS OTP verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 920kr account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 920kr will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on 920kr:

• Own Account Only: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any commercial payment intermediary — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 920kr and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 920kr platform for any reason, including technical outages or maintenance periods.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data due to circumstances outside 920kr's reasonable control.
• Any errors, interruptions, delays, or failures in transmission arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform, including losses sustained during any bonus or promotional period.

920kr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

920kr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification within a required timeframe.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 920kr reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings.
